With a Software called TeamViewer we can remotely control your computer as if we were sitting right in front of it - even through firewalls. So you are able to show us your problem directly without any screenshots.

All you has to do is download and start the small application, by clicking “Download Team Viewer QS”. Afterwards our Support agent is able to connect to your Screen.
